I was recruited to PANGAIA as Senior Copywriter in the new experimental Superfoods division to launch PANGAIA Super Super Bar, a high-fibre prickly pear and goji flavour snack bar. This involved identifying a USP, writing packaging copy, emails, ads, social and website copy.
